Time Line for Lead to Sale
1- Faxed Referral form received by Premiere Estates Auction company- we review all information plus comparables sent with 2-3 real estate evaluators:
48-72 hrs
2- Phone call with agent - We have a conference call with the agent who sent the referral. During that call, we will set an appointment to have a conference call with the seller at a day and time convenient for all:
1 day
3- Conference call takes place with seller to discuss the Auction process as well as the evaluation of the properties and the logistics of the sale:
1 day
4- Contract - Provided we are able to discuss all points of the sale, fees marketing budget and marketing plan etc. on the conference call a contract is drawn up within:
7 days
5- Pre-marketing - All inspections, required disclosures are conducted and
gathered for the Property Evaluation Package (PEP) and all advertising drafts and brochure development is created:
2-4 weeks
6- Marketing - Depending on the property, all scheduled advertising, marketing and open houses take place locally and nationally:
3-6 weeks
7- Auction - Event is held on site at the property, drinks and snacks are served Auction is held bidders gather frenzy begins; the hammer is struck:
5-20 minutes
8- Closings - All closings are non contingent as is and must close within:
30 days
9- Total time from beginning to end can vary from property to property and sellers needs:
4-12 Weeks
