Ms. Tu brings a diverse background to the PEAC team with a combined 10+ years in the hospitality and retail industry. She graduated with a Bachelor Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. Previously, Ms. Tu managed the sales department for one of the world’s largest international retailers – Guess, Inc. She realized her passion for real estate when assisting a friend, and began investing in developments and earning her real estate license in 2007, and worked with auction houses in downtown Los Angeles, California prior to joining the team at PEAC. Ms. Tu manages auctions of non-distressed luxury residential properties throughout the country. Ms. Tu’s clientele includes Luxury Real Estate brokers/agents, attorneys, CPA’s, and trusted advisors. She prides herself on working closely with her clients keeping their real estate goals in mind and managing a seamless transition so that all parties may move on to the next step in their lives.
