Brian Smith has been a certified appraiser for over a decade. He has extensive experience appraising residential, multi-unit, high end and distressed properties as well as vacant land. Prior to joining Braun International  Brian was an equity trader with a money management firm in La Jolla, CA. Brian provided his financial expertise on a popular radio show which covered economic and investment related topics. Brian also has experience managing residential and multifamily properties. Brian has  Bachelors of Science degree.
