Step 2

Conduct inspection and all due diligence by Auction Day: December 2nd, 2016.

Step 3

Sealed bids must be placed prior to and no later than Auction Day: December 2nd, 2016 at 12pm PDT.  Sealed bids are submitted via the Premiere Estates sealed bid form, which is available here. The top 50% of the bids received shall have the opportunity to advance to the final highest and best round; those bidders will be notified no later than December 5th at 12pm PDT; highest and best sealed bids shall be due on December 6th, 2016 at 12pm PDT.

All sealed bids must be accompanied by proof of funds and a registration deposit of $50,000 made payable to Portfolio Escrow. Alternately, you may wire funds to Premiere Estates Auction Company; call 310.698.3625 x233 for wiring instructions. A four percent (4%) buyer’s premium will be added to the winning bid price.

Step 4

The winning bidder will be notified on December 6th, 2016. The buyer is required to deposit 10% of the purchase price within 24 hours of notification. Closing will occur on or prior to January 3rd, 2017.
