How Do I Bid For Horseshoe Farm?

Step 2

Conduct inspection and all due diligence by Auction Day: June 28, 2017.

Step 3

Sealed bids must be placed prior to and no later than Auction Day: June 28, 2017  at 5pm ET.  Sealed bids are submitted via the Premiere Estates sealed bid form, which is available here. The top 33% of the bids received shall have the opportunity to advance to the final highest and best round; those bidders will be notified no later than June 29th at 5pm ET; highest and best sealed bids shall be due on June 30th, 2017 at 5pm ET.

All sealed bids must be accompanied by proof of funds and a registration deposit of $100,000 made payable to Williams Mullen Law Firm. Alternately, you may wire funds to Premiere Estates Auction Company; call 310.698.3625 x212 for wiring instructions. A eight percent (8%) buyer’s premium will be added to the winning bid price.

Step 4

The buyer is required to deposit 10% of the purchase price within 24 hours of notification. Closing will occur within 45 days or sooner from the opening of escrow.
