As the current Director of Sales for the Northeast Region for Premiere Estates Auction Company and BRAUN, Tuvia specializes in selling non-distressed luxury properties and unique commercial properties, throughout North America . As an agent, he utilizes his international and financial experiences when it comes to real estate. Whether it’s at home here in New York City or around the country, Tuvia is perfectly matched in his knowledge and experience in transacting luxury and investment properties – an attribute keeps his clients returning.

Throughout his professional career, Tuvia achieved a number of milestones that allowed him to enjoy an innumerable amount of success, most of which involved working in financial investments & diversified properties on a global scale. For example, he served as a Managing Director of Dalton Investment in Los Angeles, founded and served as President of TreeTop Real Estate & Development Group and TreeTop Capital Management, Vice President, Far Eastern Division of The Galbreath Company, Vice President at ING Barings (The Netherlands) and at Credit Lyonnais (France), and Sales and Trading at SSangyong Securities (South Korea).

Tuvia has originated and successfully closed over $1.1 billion in commercial and residential real estate transactions representing such companies as Mitsui Fudoan, Mitsui Construction and Nissho Iwai (Japan) Samsung (South Korea) and Banque Paribas (France). He now focuses one-hundred percent of his time on luxury residential and unique commercial real estate properties.

Tuvia has a successful track record of gracefully handling large multi-million dollar transactions and has extensive resources for mortgage financing, legal, tax, title insurance and other aspects needed to handle sophisticated transactions.
